• You pay a fixed monthly amount including an interest and redemption component;
• The loan maturity is determined in advance;
• A favorable interest rate;
• Interest is calculated on the outstanding balance;
• No penalty interest is charged for higher repayments;
• The more repayments you make, the less interest you pay.

When are you eligible for a loan from the NTFM?

• You will receive your salary in a bank account with the Hakrinbank or another bank;
• You have been in permanent employment for at least two years;
• Your net income, after deducting living costs, offers sufficient guarantees for timely redemption;
• Your monthly redemption amount is a maximum of 35% of your net income;
• You are between 21 and 57 years old.
