Supervisor Creditcard

The Supervisor Credit Card reports to the Sales Support & Processing Manager. The Supervisor Credit Card is responsible for the optimal availability of all Credit Card services as well as the correct organization of the administrative processes that meet the requirements.

What are you going to do?

Management and policy

• You help develop the quality standards for Creditcard with regard to the services.
• You provide input regarding an optimal design of the business processes, procedures and guidelines of the commercial support domain.
• You coach, facilitate and support the employees in order to increase the job satisfaction and professional competence of the employees.

Process management

• You are responsible for contact and correspondence with the various credit card companies, processors and other partners/stakeholders.
• You act as subject matter expert and source of information in projects as well as for the various stakeholders.

Reporting

• You are responsible for the periodic MIS reporting.

Administrative Organization [AO]

• You are responsible for an adequate design of the Credit Card unit, geared to market and technological developments.
• You are responsible for the creation and registration of necessary data in MIS.

Leadership

• You conduct planning, performance and assessment interviews in accordance with the HR planning and assessment cycle.

Projects

• You report and monitor the progress of projects in the interim, as a contribution to the successful implementation of improvement processes.

What do we ask?

• Completed education HBO – MER, Business Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial position.
• Knowledge and experience with various credit card products and systems.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with MS Office.
• Good mastery of the Dutch and English language.
• Knowledge of payment platforms and systems.
• Coaching and leadership skills.
