E-statements

The Hakrinbank offers you the option of receiving your account statements digitally (E-statements), so that you can quickly and easily view your account changes. As a result, you are no longer dependent on the postal service, and from now, on you can immediately have your statement at your disposal on the statement date. Benefits of this E-statement:

  • If transactions have taken place, you will receive your E-statements based on the frequency indicated by you via Internet Banking, or in your e-mail inbox;
  • The E-statements rate is SRD 0.25 per statement, while the cost for a paper statement is SRD 2.00;
  • At your own choice, your E-statement can be stored digitally, or printed out for your administration;
  • You contribute to a better environment by using less paper.

There are two options for E-statements:

  1. Download via Internet Banking. After you have logged in to Internet Banking, click on View Statements under the Customer Services menu. There you select the account number, and the period of the account statement that you want to view. Click on Retrieve Statements, followed by the statement you wish to view. With this option you will still receive your paper statement. If you no longer wish to receive this by mail, you can send a message to the Domestic Department via Bankmail under the Customer Services menu to cancel your paper statement. Please mention in your message the account number for which you do not wish to receive paper statements.
  1. Receiving by e-mail. To make use of this option, you can submit the completed and signed application form to the Information Desk of the head office or one of our branches. For the safety of your data, you will receive your statement as a secure document in your e-mail inbox. You will receive a password from the bank with which you can open the secured document. With this option, your paper statement will automatically expire.

Do you already use E-statements and do you want to make changes? Complete the change form completely and submit it to the Information Desk of the head office or one of our branches.
