Instant alerts

In addition to the possibility to view your Hakrinbank credit card transactions in real time via our Creditcard Inquiry Online, the Hakrinbank now offers a new service: Instant E-mail alerts and Instant SMS alerts.

In order to identify possible fraud as quickly as possible, we recommend enabling Instant Alerts. With Instant Alerts you will immediately receive a message about this with every transaction made using your Hakrinbank credit card. You can choose whether you want to receive these messages via e-mail or as a text message.

To use these services, please follow the steps below.

Instruction for registration Instant E-mail Alerts:

  • Log in to Card Inquiry Portal
  • Go to PREFERENCES in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • Enter your e-mail address at E-MAIL ADDRESS
  • And then click GET A NEW CODE

Within a few minutes, at the e-mail address you entered, you will receive an e-mail from the e-mail address alerts@4csonline.com providing a CODE.

Click on the link in the e-mail and enter the CODE. Then click on VERIFY.

If this process has taken place correctly, the following message will appear: E-mail address has been verified. Please note: The e-mail providing the code may end up in your spam/junk folder.

Instructions for registration Instant SMS Alerts:

  • Log in at Card Inquiry Portal
  • Go to PREFERENCES in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • Enter your mobile number at SMS NUMBER in the following way: 00597xxxxxxx
  • And then click on GET A NEW CODE

Within a few minutes, on the mobile number you entered, you will receive an SMS from the number 0018694653700 providing a CODE.

Then enter this CODE in the Card Inquiry Portal, and click on VERIFY. After your e-mail address and/or mobile number has been verified, you can choose how you would like to receive messages as follows:

  • At PREFERENCES, select Instant Alerts * OPTIONAL
  • Then select at Instant Alerts Configuration how you want to receive messages:
    • E-mail alerts: for alerts via e-mail
    • SMS alerts: for alerts via SMS
  • Select Receive an alert if an item is charged for more than, and enter the figure 1.
  • This means that you will receive a message with every transaction exceeding USD 1.00. If this box is not filled in, you will not receive E-mail and/or SMS alerts.
  • Then select what your needs are for.
  • Then click on UPDATE. You will then receive the message Changes have been updated.

Once the changes have been made to our credit card system, you will receive Instant E-Mail/SMS alerts for every transaction you make starting the following day, based on your preference.
