At the top of the slip is always indicated why the transaction has not been authorized, e.g., Amount requested cannot be dispensed means that an incorrect amount has been entered.

Invalid pin means that you have entered a wrong pin code.

The withdrawal limit per day is set at SRD 4,000; one can withdraw several times a day until this limit is reached.

Cards swallowed at guest banks must be collected from their own bank.

Always keep your debit card in its case to prevent damage, and keep it away from devices with magnetic fields, such as your mobile phone, bags, wallets, and cases with magnetic closure.

The daily limit is set at SRD 100,000; payments can be made at several stores per day until this limit is reached.

Withdrawals and deposits are limited. For deposits equal to or exceeding EUR/USD 3,000 or SRD 28,000, the source-of-funds check must be completed.
For deposits exceeding EUR 5,000 or USD 10,000, the source-of-funds check, and the underlying documents must be completed and signed.

If it concerns both matters, the client must collect these in person to prevent unauthorized persons from being able to alter the account. If it only concerns a copy of the debit card, an authorized representative may be appointed.
