Credit Card
You can make an interim payment or settlement by sending a bank or settlement order to your bank email via Hakrinbank Internet Banking mail. You can also go to the Hakrinbank (head office or one of the branches) in person to sign a settlement order. Please note that the Bank does not accept e-mail orders or scanned orders.
This may indicate fraud. If you suspect this, it is important to immediately contact the Credit Card Unit of the Hakrinbank on telephone number 477722, ext. 322, 383, or 388 for blocking your credit card. You can also send an email to creditcard@hakrinbank.com. Then you can personally contact the bank to file a chargeback (disputed transactions) with Mastercard.
You must notify the Bank of the cancellation in writing, or via bank email at the latest two months prior to the expiry date.
You can then give an order for an interim payment. Depending on how quickly you wish to have access again to the limit released, the costs associated with this will be determined.
You can view the transactions you have conducted the next day on your credit card account via Hakrinbank internet banking.
If your application has been approved, you can have your credit card at your disposal after one working day.
With a debit card, payments are immediately deducted from the balance in the linked bank account. Payments with a debit card can be made until the account balance reaches zero. With a credit card, you can make payments in advance up to an agreed limit. You only repay this at the end of the month afterwards. The coverage is regarded by the Bank as a guarantee in the event of non-compliance with your payment agreements. It can therefore not be used to refund your credit card monthly payments.
The Hakrinbank offers you the flexibility to temporarily increase your limit. You must ensure that the amount used to increase your limit is available in your USD account. You then send an order to the Bank from your bank email via Hakrinbank Internet Banking. You can also personally contact the Bank to sign an order for a temporary limit increase. In the event of a temporary limit increase, it is necessary to indicate the period of increase as well as the amount you wish to use to increase the limit.
The Hakrinbank provides covered credit cards. The coverage can be provided in the form of a term deposit, or even a mortgage coverage with the Hakrinbank. The bank considers the coverage as a guarantee for the refund of the debit balance of your credit card if you do not meet your payment obligations.
With a Hakrinbank credit card you can shop online, make hotel and car reservations, perform POS transactions both domestically and internationally, and make ATM withdrawals.
