Compliance Support Officer
To strengthen our team in the Compliance Department, we are looking for a passionate Compliance Support Officer.
The Compliance Support Officer reports to the Compliance Manager. The Compliance Support Officer provides support in managing compliance and integrity risks within the Bank, to safeguard the Bank’s overall integrity.
What will you be doing?
Risk management
- You support the timely identification of potential integrity risks and/or identifying integrity risks through investigation.
- You carry out transaction monitoring activities.
KYC/CDD
- You support the assessment of COA applications.
- You review unexplained alerts and/or identified risk indicators that have been escalated to Compliance.
- You support documenting internal and external reports of unusual transactions.
Archiving
- You ensure adeqwwwe and uniform filing and archiving of the compliance documents (physically and digitally).
Reporting
- You report on the findings from KYC/CDD monitoring activities.
- You report on the progress of the escalations.
- You report the outstanding action points.
What do we ask for?
- Completed Higher Professional Education (HBO) (bachelor).
- At least three years of work experience in the front and/or back office of a bank in the activities of domestic and foreign payment transactions, client acceptance, lending, client file management, Treasury.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s products, processes, procedures, general guidelines, instructions, and relevant external regulations.
- Knowledge of internationally accepted standards of FATF and BCBS.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office package.
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch/English.
