Channel Management Officer
In the Marketing & Public Relations Department, we are looking for a passionate Channel Management Officer.
The Channel Management Officer reports to the Marketing & Public Relations Manager. As a Channel Management Officer, you are responsible for supporting the deployment of the distribution channels by product, as well as by market and client segment, -optimize the performance of the distribution channels.
What will you be doing?
Distribution Channels
- You support the Marketing & Public Relations Manager in the implementation of the established policy by the distribution channel.
- You make proposals or advice to improve the performance of the distribution channels based on client needs and efficiency considerations and submit them for approval.
- You make proposals or advise on the marketing strategy by distribution channel.
- You make proposals or advise on the most suitable product mix by distribution channel and client segment based on the research results.
POS and ATM
- You make proposals or advise on the POS terminal placement policy.
- You process applications for ATM installation and submit them for approval in accordance with the established policy.
- You ensure that the installation or removal of an ATM takes place efficiently in collaboration with all departments involved as well as external suppliers.
Marketing research
- You conduct research into possible new distribution channels and make proposals in this regard.
- You identify customer segmentation by distribution channel based on both desk research and primary research.
- You investigate the needs of the identified customer segmentation in terms of products/ services, as well as the efficient use of distribution channels.
Corporate identity
- You are responsible for ‘light’ design work in accordance with the guidelines in the Hakrinbank house style manual.
- You are responsible for monitoring the house style when deploying the Bank’s distribution channels.
- You ensure that the Bank’s ‘signage’ is up-to-date.
Events
- You are responsible for the draft development and organizational activities in the event of participation in trade fairs and other events, taking into account the house style.
- You are responsible for accounting associated with the events (budget preparation and monitoring).
Reporting
- You develop and manage the MIS related to the utilization of (existing) distribution channels of the Bank, in particular ATM, POS, and internet banking.
What do we ask for?
- Higher Professional Education (HBO) in Economics, preferably in Marketing or Commercial Economics.
- At least two years of work experience.
- Excellent project and organizational skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with the MS Office package.
- Knowledge of and experience with graphics programs.
