Business Support Officer
To strengthen our team at the branch in Nickerie, we are looking for a passionate Business Support Officer.
As a Business Support Officer, you are responsible for providing support in the Bank’s products and services sales related to the Business and Retail Banking segment, as well as handling, managing, and archiving documents and files in the archive, in order to contribute to an optimal customer experience.
What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for the preparation and processing of the arrangements and other relevant documents, and for checking them for completeness and correctness.
- You monitor the issuance and relevance of the legally signed documents.
- You assist with the client onboarding process and ensure that all underlying documentation associated with the onboarding process is completed and present.
- You provide administrative support to the Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers by preparing correspondence documents and action lists to supplement missing documents.
- You are responsible for the processing of credit card applications.
- You handle incoming requests for internet banking and forward them for processing and handling. You follow up on the status and inform the client or RM/RO.
- You provide commercial project support for the marketing of new Hakrinbank products.
- You are responsible for after-sales support of the above-mentioned projects, and you monitor the handling of advertisements and complaints regarding the project.
- You register incoming documents and files, add new data to existing files, or create new ones.
- You organize, index, and maintain files, and archive them in the departmental archive.
- You ensure that the credit and other documents from the file are digitized and processed into digital files.
What do we ask for?
- A Senior Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) diploma.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience with demonstrable commercial skills in financial services.
- Banking courses Nibe, Welten; introduction Fundamentals of Lending.
- Customer Service Training.
- Good command of the Dutch/English language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office package, mainly Excel.
- Knowledge of AML and compliance rules.
- CDD knowledge.
- Knowledge of Pegasus/HER.
